01Who I am

I'm Ansh Mamgain.
I grew up between Delhi and a 13-house village in the Garhwal hills.
I was an average kid. Exactly 85% in everything, every year.
Then I got a laptop.
It changed the whole direction of my life.

02Where I came from

COVID moved us to my mom's village in Uttarakhand.
13 houses. Hills on every side. Nothing to do.
I got my first laptop and started building.
Apps. Games. Websites that barely worked.
I taught myself off YouTube and Discord, late at night.
I broke things and fixed them until I knew what I was doing.
For the first time, school wasn't the thing measuring me.

03The last six years

2020

Age 13

First laptop, in the village.

Started coding in lockdown and never stopped.

2021

Age 14

3rd of 1,300 teams at HPE Code Wars.

It pulled me into my first startup.

2022

Age 15

Ran engineering at Digitea.

We took it to $250K a year. I was still in school.

2023–24

The reset

Read “The Personal MBA”, and left.

Walked away to build something of my own.

Now

Age 19

Masters Union. Snowball. This page.

04What I'm building

All in on building
with AI.

Right now, everything goes into Snowball.
It turns LinkedIn into a customer engine for founders.
I build almost all of it myself, in Claude Code.
AI is the biggest lever I've ever had. I'm betting my twenties on it.
I'd rather build ten things and be wrong about nine than wait to be sure.

05A few things I believe

You can teach yourself almost anything with a laptop and enough quiet nights.
Systems beat hustle.
Ship fast. Stay honest. Let the work say more than you do.
Where you start has nothing to do with where you end up.

07Why I do any of this

None of it is the end goal. Every company I build is fuel for one thing.

I want to go back to Uttarakhand and build a school.
One that changes how India teaches.
I had to leave the hills to find what I'm good at.
I'd like the next kid not to have to.
That's the whole point. Everything else is runway.
